We are currently seeking a Passenger Services Roster Clerk (12 Month Maternity Cover) based at Chatham, Kent
You will manage the day-to-day rostering activities for Passenger Sevices staff, supporting the delivery of a safe, reliable and Customer Focused train service, acheived through efficient forward planning of resources.
To excel in your role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experienced in all elements of the rostering process
- Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software applications including Outlook Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- Completed or working towards Ability to obtain Vocational qulification in Business Administration (Level 2)
- Good working knowledge of relevant IRMA functionality
- Thorough knowledge of conditions of service applicable to station staff
- Good communication, negotiation, and motivational skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
Based at Chatham, Kent you will be required to work 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
