The role

As an Area Manager you will manage a group of stations and management team.  You will be required to ensure the safety and security of customers and team members and motivate and develop the station teams.  The post holder will be expected to utilise resources to maximise income and meet statutory obligations.

 About you

  • Proven track record of line management experience in a transport environment.Customer focused with strong business awareness.
  • Leadership Skills – Can motivate and empower others in order to reach organisational goals.
  • Experience of adding value by Exploiting opportunities to improve results and add value to the business.
  • Proven success in meeting demanding budgetary and workforce productivity targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experienced negotiator.
  • Innovative, creative and highly motivated.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements.
  • Desirable that job holder should be able and fit to undertake safety critical work in the required competencies within their Station Group.

Working here

Based from St Pancras you will be required to work 37 hours per week. The will also be an on-call requirement.
