Southeastern Railway are seeking a Finance Business Partner based at our Head Office in Blackfriars.

As our Finance Business Partner you will provide insight driven, high quality analysis to improve business performance.
The post holder will be required to build budgets and forecasts taking into account current and future business performance, ensuring consistency with the future strategy of the business.
You will also provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information on which to base business decisions, with a focus on business oriented management reporting.
To Excel in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Degree or equivalent.
- Qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA), or equivalent.
- Substantial experience in a commercial environment including some time spent in an analytical or commercial finance role.
- Commercially astute with demonstrable understanding of financial aspects of a business
- Experience of budgeting and forecasting at an operating company level.
- Exerience of managing journals
- Excellent Excel, analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to present and interact at a senior level
- Experience of rail or similar transport / franchise industry (desirable)
- Oracle and iTM1 systems (desirable)
Based from our Head Office in Blackfriars you will be required to work 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
