As a Colleague Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of colleague engagement activities that drive and support the achievement of our mission. You will have accountability for embedding a range of engagement activities across the company.
To excel in your role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of what motivates, engages and retains employees.
- Experience of working to drive improvements in a colleague engagement / internal communications role, i.e. colleague voice, reward and recognition.
- Experience of successfully managing key projects; concept, development, delivery, embedding and measurement.
- Analytical with a good understanding of key management and financial processes.
- Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels with a clear sense of key stakeholders.
- Able to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company and externally, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
Based from our Head Office in London Bridge you will be required to work 37 hours per week.
