We are seeking applications for a Performance Programme Manager for a 12 month maternity cover contract based in Blackfriars.
You will ensure that all outputs required by the Joint Performance Team for both Network Rail and Southeastern are being met on a continuous basis.
You will also influence and communicate with teams in both organisations to ensure performance delivery for passengers is understood and considered within their departments.
To excel in your role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of industry contractual processes and industry contracts.
- Knowledge of Network Rail processes and contracts.
- Knowledge of Railway Industry Performance Process.
- Competent in Programme Management.
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence individuals at all levels of the business.
- Knowledge of RADAR and EFQM Model.
- Trained in Project Management tools.
- Presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Based from our Head Office in Blackfriars you will be required to work 37 hours per week.
